Soft reset & Restart:  আপনার উইন্ডোজফোন যদি কোন কারনে ওপেন না হয় তাহলে, আপনার উইন্ডোজফোনের Volume down button + Power button একসাথে 15 sec  চেপে ধরুন। আপনার ফোনটি Vibrate হবে এবং "Nokia" logo দেখতে পারবেন । কিছুক্ষণের মধ্যেই আপনার ফোন ওপেন হবে।
